Regular Cleaning is designed for homes that are already maintained and need routine cleaning to keep the space fresh, organized, and comfortable.

This service is ideal for weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance cleaning.

Regular kitchen cleaning may include:

Regular bathroom cleaning may include:

• Cleaning sinks and faucets 
• Cleaning countertops 
• Cleaning mirrors 
• Cleaning shower and tub surfaces 
• Wiping accessible bathroom surfaces 
• Removing trash 
• Vacuuming and mopping floors 

Regular bedroom and living area cleaning may include:

• Dusting accessible surfaces 
• Making the bed with existing linens, when requested 
• Wiping light switches and high-touch surfaces 
• Vacuuming floors and carpets 
• Mopping hard floors 
• Removing trash 
• Light general tidying of accessible areas 

Regular Cleaning does not usually include detailed buildup removal, interior appliance cleaning, inside cabinets, exterior windows, garage cleaning, patio cleaning, or heavy-duty detail work. These may be available as add-on services depending on the request.

Deep Cleaning is a more detailed cleaning service for homes that need extra attention beyond regular maintenance cleaning.

This service is ideal for first-time cleanings, seasonal cleaning, homes that have not been professionally cleaned in a while, or areas with more visible buildup.

Deep kitchen cleaning may include:

• Detailed wiping of countertops 
• Cleaning sink and faucet areas 
• Cleaning stovetop surface 
• Wiping exterior appliance surfaces 
• Cleaning microwave inside and outside 
• Wiping cabinet exterior surfaces 
• Cleaning backsplash areas

Deep cleaning for bedrooms and living areas may include:

• Removing cobwebs from reachable areas 
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs

For Deep Cleaning, interior oven cleaning and interior refrigerator cleaning are considered add-on services unless previously included in a specific custom request. Inside cabinets, exterior windows, garage cleaning, patio cleaning, and linen changes may also be add-on services.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty homes, apartments, condos, or rental properties.

This service is different from Regular Cleaning and Deep Cleaning because the home should be empty before the appointment. There should be no furniture, beds, mattresses, boxes, clothing, toys, decorations, or personal belongings blocking the areas that need to be cleaned.

The focus is on the areas that remain inside the property, such as cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, bathrooms, baseboards, doors, floors, and built-in surfaces.

Move-In / Move-Out kitchen cleaning may include:

• Cleaning inside and outside of kitchen cabinets 
• Cleaning inside and outside of kitchen drawers 
• Cleaning countertops 
• Cleaning sink and faucet areas 
• Cleaning backsplash areas 
• Cleaning cabinet fronts 
• Cleaning inside and outside of the refrigerator 
• Cleaning inside and outside of the oven 
• Cleaning stovetop, burners, and knobs

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is for empty properties. It does not include cleaning furniture, beds, mattresses, personal belongings, packed boxes, clothing, toys, decorations, or household items.

Interior refrigerator cleaning and interior oven cleaning are included with Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning when the appliances are empty and accessible.

Office Cleaning is designed to help keep workspaces clean, presentable, and comfortable for employees, clients, and visitors.

This service may be customized depending on the office size, layout, schedule, and cleaning needs.

Office cleaning may include:

• Dusting desks and accessible surfaces 
• Wiping tables and workstations 
• Cleaning reception areas 
• Wiping high-touch surfaces 
• Cleaning light switches and door handles 
• Emptying trash bins 
• Vacuuming carpets 
• Mopping hard floors 
• General dust removal from accessible areas 

Office breakroom cleaning may include:

• Wiping countertops 
• Cleaning sink and faucet areas 
• Wiping exterior appliance surfaces 
• Cleaning tables and accessible surfaces 
• Emptying trash 
• Vacuuming and mopping floors 

Office bathroom cleaning may include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets

• Restocking client-provided supplies when available

Office Cleaning does not include employee personal desk organization, document handling, laundry, dishwashing over 10 items, food preparation, or moving heavy office furniture.

Add-On Cleaning Services are optional extra cleaning tasks that may be added to selected cleaning appointments when specific areas need additional attention.

These services help customize the cleaning based on the property condition, access, and requested areas.

For Regular Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning, interior oven cleaning and interior refrigerator cleaning are considered add-on services.

Making the bed with the existing linens is included when requested and when the bed is accessible.

Changing bed linens is an add-on service. This may include removing used linens and placing clean linens provided by the client.

To keep cleaning services focused, safe, and properly scheduled, some tasks are not included in regular cleaning or add-on cleaning services.

Tasks not included may include:

• Washing dishes with more than 10 items 
• Organizing toys or personal items 
• Laundry service 
• Washing, drying, folding, or putting clothes away 
• Cooking or food preparation 
• Making meals 
• Walking dogs or pet care services
